Closed Doors

Doors close on a service for a reason. This page lists who is allowed to open the one around your chats.

What we hold

• Account data: your email, a hashed form of the password, the name on your card, birth date, gender field, plus any text on the travel card page.
• Your rides, and the short notes each rider keeps on you.
• A session cookie, and a second one recording that you passed the ticket gate.
• Fare records: an amount and a transfer reference. Bank cards are never taken, so none can reach us.
• Plain server logs, cleared after a short time.

What it is for

Purposes: running the chat, applying the quiet carriage rules, keeping the line open. Your messages go to a language model on our hardware, or to a vendor under equal limits, and filters scan them for safety. No sale; no advertiser sees a word.

Counting passengers

A basic visit counter tallies arrivals by country. It cannot see inside a ride.

Your controls

Each chat menu lets you rewrite her notes, export the ride or wipe it. Deleting the entire account means mailing the footer address from the registered email. Where your local law adds rights, tell us and we will follow suit.
