Fare Rules
The legal part, as short as a timetable footnote. Tapping through the gate means you accept it.
Who may travel
Passengers are 18 or older and have reached majority in their own country. Guard the card and its password; whatever is done with them lands on you.
What the service is
A text entertainment line whose riders are invented characters voiced by an AI model. Nothing a rider says is fact, advice, or guidance of a medical, legal or other kind, and riders can be wrong, sometimes in an amusing direction.
Fares
Plus is prepaid: USDT, a fixed run of days, a fixed end, no renewal. Fares are final. No refunds are given for days left over or for second thoughts, except where the law requires them. An amount that is off, or a transfer on the wrong network, can be lost for good.
Conduct on the line
Breaching the quiet carriage rules, breaking the law, circumventing the chat's own limits, hammering the server, scraping it or reselling a card all put the account at risk.
What you type
Your text is yours. Using the chat means we keep and process it, which is how it runs and stays safe, and filters read it to apply the rules.
Timetable changes and liability
Routes, riders and the entire line may be reworked, paused or ended. News of anything affecting what you receive is posted on the service changes page beforehand. Service runs as found, with only the guarantees the law will not let us waive, and our liability is capped at the total of your fares over the month before a claim, where a cap is lawful.
